CSI has recently submitted a proposal for the fiscal year 2009 for a program called KARE 4 KIDZ (“K4K”), which would serve two main purposes:
Provide a substitute workforce utilizing TANF recipients
Train a substitute workforce to respond to the childcare industry’s needs.
